  3. Step 3 — Mix & pour: Blend your scent and color, and pour your very own candle!
  4. Step 4 — Add the magic touch: Top it with dried flowers, fake wax ice cubes, or fun accessories.

We provide all materials — wax, scents, colors, jars, wicks, and fun accessories. You’ll mix, pour, decorate, and leave with your very own handmade candle to take home!

Returns and transfer

Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we do offer the possibility to change your class up to 3 days before the event !

How long does a candle-making class last?

Each class lasts about 60 minutes. You’ll create your candle from start to finish, and booking can easily be done right on our website.

When can I book?

We host classes every weekend! Check our website for the full schedule and availability.

What does the ticket include?

Your ticket includes everything you need — wax, scents, colors, jars, wicks, and accessories — plus your seat in the workshop. You’ll leave with your very own custom candle!

Do I take my candle home with me after pouring?

Yes! You’ll walk out with your own finished candle, ready to enjoy or gift.

What is your cancellation policy?

Since our events are pop-ups with limited spots, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your session up to 3 days before your class.

Can I have a private event?

Absolutely! We love hosting private celebrations — birthdays, team buildings, bachelorette parties, or any fun get-together. Just email us and we’ll organize everything for you.


Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off with the code CANDLE10 at checkout.

Are reservations required or do you accept walk-ins?

Reservations are required. Each class has a limited number of seats and specific pouring times, so make sure to book ahead!

What is the age requirement to pour a candle?

Participants must be 5 years or older. Anyone under 18 needs a guardian’s consent (they don’t have to attend, but one adult chaperone must be present).

Can I mix fragrances or bring my own vessel?

For safety reasons, we can’t allow outside vessels or untested fragrance mixes — but don’t worry! We offer 25+ scents and jars so you’ll have plenty of options to personalize your creation.


How can I change my reservation?

Need to update your booking (date, time, or number of seats)? No problem — just contact us through our self-service portal and we’ll help you adjust it easily. Any change must be done 72h before your class.


Do I take my candle home with me after pouring?

Yes! You’ll walk out with your own finished candle, ready to enjoy or gift.
