Since our events are pop-ups with limited spots, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your session up to 3 days before your class.

Absolutely! We love hosting private celebrations — birthdays, team buildings, bachelorette parties, or any fun get-together. Just email us and we’ll organize everything for you.

Reservations are required. Each class has a limited number of seats and specific pouring times, so make sure to book ahead!

Participants must be 5 years or older. Anyone under 18 needs a guardian’s consent (they don’t have to attend, but one adult chaperone must be present).

For safety reasons, we can’t allow outside vessels or untested fragrance mixes — but don’t worry! We offer 25+ scents and jars so you’ll have plenty of options to personalize your creation.

Need to update your booking (date, time, or number of seats)? No problem — just contact us through our self-service portal and we’ll help you adjust it easily. Any change must be done 72h before your class.
